Measures to develop the English teaching staff in primary schools in Ke Sach District, Soc Trang Province

Abstract

To successfully implement the Project “Teaching and learning foreign languages in the international education system” for the period 2017-2025 in the context of implementing the current new general education program, developing a team of English teachers in Primary school is important. From the results of studying the current situation, this article proposes 6 measures to develop a team of primary school English teachers in Ke Sach district, Soc Trang province. At the same time, the study conducted a survey to evaluate the necessity and feasibility of the proposed measures.
