Some recommendations for managing soft skills education for college students

Abstract

To achieve the highest effectiveness, the management of soft skills education needs to be carried out scientifically and systematically. This article proposes several recommendations based on theoretical foundations to enhance the quality and effectiveness of soft skills education management for students at the college level. These efforts aim to create generations of students who are not only proficient in their fields of expertise but also strong in soft skills, ready to face future challenges.
