Management of Professional Development Activities for Preschool Teachers in Tân An City, Long An Province

Abstract

“Preschool teachers play a crucial role in shaping children’s character and early skills. Effective management of professional development activities ensures that teachers are updated with the latest knowledge and skills, thereby improving the quality of education and childcare. In this article, the author surveys and assesses the current management of professional development activities for preschool teachers in Tan An City, Long An Province. The aim is to identify strengths and limitations, providing a basis for proposing management measures that contribute to enhancing the quality of the preschool teaching staff in the current period.”
