Applying the Montessori educational method in nur-turing, caring for, and educating preschool children in training preschool teachers at Nam Dinh Pedagogical College

Abstract

Montessori education method is an advanced education method that is being widely applied in some levels of education and is receiving much attention in educational programs in developed countries. In Vietnam, the application of Montessori education method in the teaching and learning process is no exception, especially in the field of preschool education. The article provides some discussions to better understand the Montessori education method in nurturing, caring for and educating preschool children and the orientation of application in preschool teacher training at Nam Dinh Pedagogical College.
