Abstract

This research selects and applies some exercises to develop quick strength in Naeryo Chagi for male martial arts students aged 14-16 years old at Nguyen Truc Taekwondo Club, District 8, Ho Chi Minh City to improve effectiveness of practicing Naeryo Chagi and contributing to strengthening performance in competition for male martial arts students aged 14-16 years old Nguyen Truc Taekwondo Club, Ho Chi Minh City.
