Building a theoretical and practical basis for designing multimedia lessons in National Defense and Security Education at Electricity University

Abstract

If we do not synchronously change progressive teaching methods and keep standing still in the traditional style, education will not meet the new requirements of society and the times. Currently, National Defense and Security Education is a part of national education, People’s Security, and is a compulsory subject in universities in general and Electricity University in particular. With a comprehensive, diverse and rich amount of knowledge, related to all natural science and social science knowledge. This is a subject of great interest to the Party and State because it contributes to building a strong all-people national defense in the strategy of protecting the Fatherland. Therefore, along with innovating the curriculum and content of National Defense and Security Education, innovating teaching methods is decisive to the effectiveness and quality of the subject.
