Implementing university autonomy in Vietnam today: Situations and solutions

Abstract

University autonomy is an inevitable trend of Vietnam universities to keep up with the development and satisfy the needs of the universities themselves. Although Vietnam has achieved many impressive achievements in the process of implementing university autonomy, there are still many problems and difficulties. Therefore, the synchronous implementation of solutions on policies, training quality, scientific research, and development cooperation is extremely necessary to promote university autonomy in Vietnam.
