Abstract

According to a survey, industrial parks still lack preschools and kindergartens, which currently only meet 45% of the needs of migrant workers. Children of migrant families attend private schools at higher costs because temporary residence registration is a difficult issue for this group. In addition, the issue of household registration/residence registration status is a major barrier to the ability to access the public education system for migrant workers. Thinh Liet Kindergarten - Hoang Mai - Hanoi is one of the units that has made efforts to ensure that children of migrant workers with temporary residence registration have access to the best possible educational services.
