Training tourism human resources to meet integration of Da Nang Tourism College

Abstract

The article analyzes and clarifies general observations about the integration needs and the training of tourism human resources at universities and colleges, particularly focusing on the process of training tourism human resources to meet integration requirements at Da Nang Tourism College (DTC). The article also examines the current state of activities that have been and are being implemented to improve the quality of tourism human resources. Based on this analysis, it proposes solutions that DTC should implement in the near future to affirm its position as a reputable institution for training tourism human resources in Da Nang specifically and in the country in general.
