Manage training activities at vocational colleges in Nghe An province; Current situation and solutions

Abstract

Nghe An, with its diverse geographical and economic location, needs a high-quality human resource to develop. Vocational colleges play an important role in providing human resources to the market. Therefore, the management of training activities at vocational colleges plays an important role in improving the quality of vocational education in order to advise the Rector to develop a training development strategy of the school; organize training and implement enrollment work; testing and quality assurance according to the regulations of the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs. This can be considered as the “backbone” in educational activities, the foundation of school development. Through the assessment of the current situation, impact factors and challenges, the article also proposes a number of solutions to improve the efficiency of training management activities and meet the development needs of society.
