Measures to develop management staff at secondary schools in Hoc Mon district, Ho Chi Minh City

Abstract

With the results of researching the current status of the development of management staff in secondary schools in Hoc Mon district, Ho Chi Minh City and the theoretical framework established by the topic in the master's project, the article introduces four management measures that contribute to implementing one of the nine tasks set by the education sector to successfully implement Resolution No. 29-NQ/TW "Developing a team of teachers and administrators, meet the requirements of education and training innovation" as the Resolution of the 8th Plenum of the 12th Central Committee (Resolution No. 29-NQ/TW) on fundamental and comprehensive innovation of education and training has continued to affirm. the viewpoint that "education and training are the top national policies, the cause of the Party, the State, and the entire people".
