Some methods to improve self-study English efficiency for students

Abstract

The problem of self-studying foreign languages still exists many “challenges” for both students and lecturers in universities. The method that learners actively maintain their own learning to achieve high achievements in the future is called the term “self-study”. Self-study methods can be applied to foreign language learning: taking advantage of the opportunities brought by the 4.0 era such as computers, smartphones, electronic dictionaries. The article presents some solutions to improve the effective English self-study method for students - finding opportunities in challenges.
