Faculty of Economics, Vinh University of Technology Education with the need for fundamental and comprehensive innovation in education and training in the new period

Abstract

Fundamental and comprehensive innovation in education and training means innovating major, core, and urgent issues, from perspectives and guiding ideas to goals, content, methods, mechanisms, policies, and conditions to ensure implementation; innovation from the Party's leadership, the State's management to the governance activities of education and training institutions and innovation at all levels of education, especially at the university to create strong transforms from a training process that mainly equips knowledge to develop creative capacity, practical skills, professional ethics and social understanding, gradually approaching advanced levels of science and technology of the world. Within the scope of the article, from clogging teaching and learning methods and testing and evaluating the quality of economic training, the author proposes some recommendations to improve training quality to meet current socio-economic development needs
