Achievements in inflation control in 2023 and its role in the country

Abstract

This study was conducted to evaluate the Vietnamese Government's inflation control in 2023, focusing on the achievements, including good control of food prices; flexible exchange rate management; Domestic energy prices decreased; inflation expectations for credit institutions and foreign bank branches are kept stable at a low level compared to the target set by the National Assembly. In addition, the article also presents the role of achievements in inflation control in 2023 for the country's development in the process of international integration.
