Abstract

Innovating teaching methods in the direction of capacity development is an urgent requirement, which is the concretization of the trend of approaching competence in teaching in the current military education environment. Within the framework of this article, the author presents basic theoretical issues from the concept of competency approach in teaching and innovation of teaching methods, determining the content and factors affecting the innovation of teaching methods at the National Defense Industry College in the direction of capacity development for students.
