Current status of the quality of vocational teachers at Vinh Phuc Vocational College in the current period

Abstract

Along with the development of society, education and training are always placed in an important position and are the top priority of countries around the world. In Vietnam, taking care of education and training development is always the top concern of the Party, the State, the community and society. Vietnam’s education is a socialist education, based on Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh’s thought. The documents of the 13th National Party Congress continue to affirm the viewpoint that education and training together with science and technology are the top national policies and the key driving force for national development. The article analyzes the current situation of the quality of teachers at Vinh Phuc Vocational College, thereby proposing a number of solutions to improve the quality of teachers at the school in the current period.
