Abstract

This study explores strategies to mitigate the negative impacts of occupational stress on part-time faculty members at VietinBank. In response to the unique stressors experienced by part-time instructors in the banking sector, this research aims to identify effective interventions that reduce stress-induced dissatisfaction and enhance overall job satisfaction. Utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data gathered through surveys and in-depth interviews, the study highlights primary stress factors, including workload intensity, role conflict, and insufficient support. Key interventions—such as targeted stress management programs, mentoring support, and organizational changes—are analyzed for their effectiveness. The findings underscore the necessity of a holistic approach that combines institutional support with personal resilience training, ultimately contributing to improved job satisfaction and performance among part-time faculty. These insights can inform VietinBank’s policy framework and support strategies, offering a foundation for broader application within the financial services sector.
