Soft skills education for students is a required manufacturer interested in developing the love economy. Soft skills education is being paid attention by universities to improve training quality and meet labor market needs. Soft skills play an important role in each individual's work. The article explores the current state of students' awareness of the importance of soft skills, thereby proposing solutions to improve the quality of soft skills training for students at the University to meet the quality requirements human resources for the labor market in the current period.
