Abstract

Building a legal and cultural environment at military schools plays a particularly important role, especially in the current period. On the basis of clarifying common issues, the authors propose four solutions: Raising awareness for organizations and forces about building the legal and cultural environment of military schools; Synchronously build elements and promote the effectiveness of the legal and cultural environment in military schools; Promoting the strength of organizations and forces in military schools to build a good legal and cultural environment; Strictly maintain the implementation of State law, military orders and regulations, and unit regulations; Actively fight to prevent phenomena and acts that violate State law, military orders and discipline.
