Abstract

From the research results, the article proposes some solutions to build a culture of quality at Phan Ngoc Hien Secondary School, Nam Can District, Ca Mau Province to contribute to ensuring, maintaining and improving the quality of the school, and at the same time building a practical and effective management model.
