In the general development of the world, improving English skills for students at People's Police College II is becoming an urgent requirement. The author has pointed out factors that affect students' English learning process. On that basis, the author proposes practical solutions to improve the effectiveness of English teaching and learning at school. When deployed synchronously and effectively, these solutions will make an important contribution to training human resources for the police sector in the new era.
