Innovating training technology in the digital age

Abstract

Currently, the shift from industrial economy to knowledge economy to ecological economy (environment), that is, the shift from an economy based on labor and resources to an economy based mainly on human intellectual capacity. Therefore, the urgent requirements of society require a training technology, especially vocational training technology, that meets the new trend, that is, creating conditions for human intellectual capacity and creativity to develop endlessly. Human development has become the central task of society in the digital age. Therefore, intangible investment will gradually be higher than tangible investment. The quality of training is reflected in learners as developing dynamism, creativity and flexibility, with the ability to adapt to the actual operation of the market according to the law of elimination and development. Training technology in the digital age requires a shift from “traditional” methods to “practical” applications to meet the requirements of innovation, which is an important turning point in improving the quality of training human resources with working skills that adapt to the needs of modern society.
