Propagate and disseminate some new regulations of The Law on Road, traffic order 2024 and safety in schools

Abstract

Vietnam’s higher education is transitioning from an elite system to mass education, driven by increased demand for university access. This shift has resulted in the growth of both public and private universities. However, the supply of skilled human resources still falls short of societal needs and global standards. Challenges include faculty engagement, institutional support, infrastructure, and international degree recognition. To address these issues, measuring educational service quality has become essential, and the Ministry of Education has established quality management standards. Institutions like the Banking Academy focus on education quality and student satisfaction, emphasizing the importance of evaluating educational quality from the students’ perspective.
