Research on related factors affecting the level of job satisfaction of students and graduates of Kon Tum College in the period 2018-2024

Abstract

In the context of an increasingly competitive and innovative global economy, the quality of human resources plays a decisive role in the development of each country. This study aims to explore some key factors affecting the job satisfaction of Kon Tum College students graduating from 2018-2023 through assessments from employers. The findings from the study will provide valuable recommendations for schools and students to improve job satisfaction, thereby increasing employer satisfaction.
