Currently, students at Vinh Phuc College face many limitations in developing soft skills such as communication skills, presentation skills, and the ability to organize social activities. Therefore, it is essential to implement measures aimed at training and developing these soft skills to enhance their professional competencies in order to meet the requirements of integration and development. This article discusses improving professional competencies to meet the graduation standards for students after they graduate through the training of certain soft skills at Vinh Phuc College.
