Abstract

The article discusses some theoretical issues related to the proactive learning behavior of cadets at the Political Officers Training College. The article also explores the manifestations of this proactive learning behavior. Additionally, it analyzes the subjective and objective factors influencing this behavior in cadets at the Political Officers Training College nowadays.
