Abstract

Cadres of units managing cadets in military schools are a part of educational management cadres. The capacity of this cadre to manage cadets plays a very important role, is the basis for cadres to fulfill their duties and tasks well, and is also an important factor determining the quality of education and training of military schools. Research to clarify the current situation and propose some solutions to foster the capacity of unit cadres to manage cadets to meet the requirements of educational innovation in military schools today is an important and urgent issue.
