Managing the teaching staff in primary schools in Binh Chanh district, Ho Chi Minh City

Abstract

In order to build a team of teachers to meet the needs of educational development in Binh Chanh district; besides the work of developing the team of teachers, the work of managing the team of teachers is also an important activity to ensure the quality of education. From that, the author has chosen to research the topic: “Management of the team of teachers in primary schools in Binh Chanh district, Ho Chi Minh City”, the article presents some issues from the above research results.
