DEVELOPMENT OF A WORKLOAD MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR LECTURERS AT AN GIANG UNIVERSITY

Abstract
This paper presents the design and development of a software system to support the management
of faculty workload at An Giang University. The software is built using the Model–View–Controller
(MVC) architecture, applying object-oriented analysis and design (OOAD) principles, and has been
experimentally deployed with core functions including data entry, workload calculation for teaching,
scientific research, other professional activities, and summary reporting. Experimental results indicate
that the system enhances management efficiency, saves time and workload reduces data processing errors,
and promotes digital transformation in higher education.
