Abstract
The use of active teaching methods in Geography is one of the essential requirements for
improving the quality of teaching and learning in upper secondary schools today. Throughout the teaching
process, educators can flexibly select and apply both general pedagogical approaches and subject-specific
methods to organize effective instructional activities. This helps stimulate students’ creative thinking,
encourage their proactiveness and innovation, and foster qualities such as flexibility, independence, and
creativity in their cognitive development.
