EXERCISES TO IMPROVE FOREHAND SERVING TECHNIQUE FOR STUDENTS OF HA TINH UNIVERSITY

Abstract
The article studies the current status of forehand serving technique of students of Ha Tinh
University in badminton and proposes 8 suitable exercises to improve teaching effectiveness. Through
survey and experiment on two groups of students (control and experimental), the results show that the
group applying the new exercises has a clear improvement: the rate of students achieving good and
excellent grades has increased, and there are no more weak students. The exercises are evaluated as
suitable for the physical, level and psychology of students. The study contributes to providing a practical
basis for innovating the content and teaching methods of badminton techniques in the university physical
education program.
