The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become a defining feature of the 21stcentury educational landscape, reshaping how students acquire, process, and engage with knowledge.
Particularly in the field of English as a Foreign Language (EFL), AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT,
Grammarly, Quilt bot, and Elsa Speak are being increasingly adopted by learners around the world for
their ability to provide real-time feedback, language enhancement, and customized learning paths. This
study aims to explore how EFL students at Vietnam National University – International School (VNU-IS)
perceive and evaluate the impacts of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in English learning.
