Abstract

Most universities have information channels in the digital environment and most of them are
useful for students because they are regularly updated with issues that interest them such as studying,
entertainment and starting a business. Revolution 4.0 and the remarkable development of digital
technology, the application of Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence has become an inevitable
trend in higher education. The goal of integrating these technologies is to improve the quality of teaching,
optimize management processes, and especially promote personalized learning experiences for students.
This article focuses on analyzing the role and outstanding applications of IT and AI, and points out the
opportunities and challenges in their implementation at Vietnamese universities
