Abstract

School culture creates an essential foundation for maintaining and promoting good traditions,
enhancing prestige, and building a distinct brand for each school. This study presents the results of a survey on the current state of school culture in secondary schools in Cu Chi Commune, Ho Chi Minh City.
The study utilized a questionnaire survey involving 22 school administrators and 158 teachers and staff,
combined with interview methods to clarify the reality. Survey results indicate that school culture aspects,
including behavioral culture, school environment landscape, teaching cultur, and learning culture, have
been implemented in these schools; however, their effectiveness is not highly evaluated.
