Abstract

The article analyzes the ideological value of General Vo Nguyen Giap in building a culture of
responsibility, especially for the young generation of Vietnam. The General’s ideology of responsibility
to the Fatherland, responsibility to society and responsibility to oneself is an important guideline in
educating young people today. Based on a deep understanding of the views and lessons from the General’s
life, the article proposes solutions to effectively apply this ideology to the practice of educating a culture
of responsibility in modern Vietnamese youth
