Abstract

In the context of digital transformation and international integration, science, technology and
innovation activities at Vietnamese universities play a key role in improving training quality, academic
reputation and the ability to contribute to society. In recent years, Vinh University of Technology
and Education (VUTED) has achieved many encouraging results in scientific research, international
publications and start-up movements, but there are still many difficulties in mechanisms, infrastructure,
and project implementation capacity. This article analyzes the current status of science, technology and
innovation activities of the University in the period of 2022-2024 based on quantitative and qualitative
surveys of 120 staff, lecturers and students; thereby proposing practical and feasible solutions to improve
the management efficiency and sustainable development of the science, technology and innovation
activities ecosystem of the University in the coming period
