Abstract

Within the scope of this study, the article examines the current situation of teacher workforce
development in lower secondary schools located in Ninh Kiều, Tân An, and Cái Khế wards. The research
focuses on several core aspects: awareness of the importance of teacher workforce development in
schools; planning for teacher workforce development; recruitment and utilization of teachers; training and
professional development activities; teacher evaluation and assessment; as well as working conditions,
environment, and policy implementation for teachers in lower secondary schools. The research findings
serve as a basis for proposing effective measures to improve the quality of teacher workforce development
in lower secondary schools in these wards
