Abstract
The management of experiential activities (EAs) for students in primary schools plays a
particularly crucial role in the holistic development of students. This study surveys the current status of
experiential activity management for students in primary schools within Tam Long Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
The results indicate that both the management staff (MS) and teachers (T) are clearly aware of the role and
significance of EAs, especially in creating a healthy and effective experiential environment that encourages
student engagement. In practice, management aspects such as planning, organization and implementation,
operational guidance, and organizing inspection and evaluation are generally at a fairly good level, but
some limitations still exist and need to be addressed. The research findings serve as a basis for primary
schools in the area to propose measures to enhance the effectiveness of EA management for students
