ABSTRACT
This thesis researches the concept, structure, and organizational process of teaching about The competency
to understand The surrounding environment. In order to develop the capacity for 2-grade students, the author
gives 4 solutions: the design of experience activity in reality, use new teaching method, use teaching technique
named KWL-KWLH, together cooperate with family, community, and local authority to organize practical
activities in class.
