Approaching the modern school model to build a happy school culture in Vietnam in the current context

Abstract

Happy school is a modern concept and model launched and developed by the Ministry of Education and Training recently. From the perspective of building school culture in general and happy culture in particular, approaching some modern school models is a strategic and necessary solution. The article uses theoretical research methods to approach popular school models in terms of pedagogical organization in the history of modern education up to now and the inevitable requirements posed in construction and development of a happy school culture, thereby proposing a number of solutions to improve efficiency in building and managing the school culture in Vietnam.
