Identifying talents at university

Abstract

Talent should be respected and should be considered an important policy in the development of modern universities. Talent at university is someone with outstanding talent who makes much greater contributions than others in the university. This article summarizes the definitions of talent and proposes some measures to respect talented people such as having income enough to support family and self; having a fully equipped working space; having teaching assistants to help handle administrative issues.
