Vietnam’s higher education autonomy on the way of international higher education integration

Abstract

Higher education program is a core factor in creating a high-quality human resource for society and the competence of graduates measure the academic quality and training reputation of universities. Higher education plays a key role in training high-quality human resources for the country. Along with training activities, the model and trend of a university in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 will be 3 main pillars: Research to occupy the pinnacle of science and knowledge - Innovation and Digital Transformation. The world has begun to build Society 5.0. The article raises the status of higher education in Vietnam on the way of integration.
