Abstract

The activity of assessing the competence of students for primary teachers is very necessary. The article presents the management measures to foster student assessment competence for teachers at primary schools in Lao Cai city, Lao Cai province. Primary schools should be reminded when using measures flexibly in order to improve the efficiency of management in the context of educational reform.
