Activities to support colleagues in professional development in secondary schools in the current context

Abstract

Peer support activity in professional development is one of the teaching support methods for teachers in secondary schools. Taking the core as a professional group, this activity promotes self-study and creativity to supplement and update knowledge and train teachers’ professional skills to meet the requirements of educational innovation in general and implementation of the 2018 general education program in particular. The article outlines the core content of this activity and recommends a few related issues.
