Managing cultural life education for students at military officer school.

Abstract

Military officer schools are a part of the national higher education system with the mission of training officers - high-quality human resources for the army. In order to fulfill their assigned responsibilities and tasks in a military operation environment, objective requirements require that trainees receive comprehensive education. In which, cultural education is a very important content, strongly affecting the process of forming and developing the quality and personality of officers; contribute to improving the effectiveness of practical activities to meet the school's training objectives and requirements in the new situation. One of the factors for effective cultural resource education is the management of the subject of education in the school. The article presents a number of theoretical issues about the education of literary arts and the management of education of literary arts for students of the Military Academy.
