Implementing the culture of behavior among teachers at An Giang University

Abstract

Behavioral culture shows the moral, aesthetic and personality level of each individual in the community. Derived from the society’s requirements for a civilized and healthy working environment and the weak reality of the workplace culture. The article presents the need to build a culture of behavior in the workplace for present-day An Giang University lecturers. Cultural behaviors must be based on mutual respect in the spirit of cooperation and be taken seriously.
