Theory of building a cultural environment in higher education institutions

Abstract

In the article referring to the concept of culture, civilization, school culture, the structure of school culture includes two levels of school culture according to Frank Gonzales, three levels of school culture according to E.H. Schein, school culture and school branding, school culture and professional ethics, forming and protecting professional ethical standards through building school culture, school culture and developing staff development, fostering school culture and developing quality and professional capacity for lecturers and learners.
