Abstract
The article proposes measures to improve handwriting skills following the model for students majoring in Primary Education at Ha Long University, focusing on three main groups of measures: measures to overcome limitations of the program and learning materials; measures to improve professional qualifications with the teaching staff; measures to improve students' awareness and learning capacity.
