Abstract

The topic raises the issue of linkage between universities and businesses, a good cooperation environment between universities and businesses, meeting the needs of enterprises and in line with the educational mission of the universities where need to invest enough resources and improve management capacity to implement effective affiliate programs and achieve certain results. Strengthening synchronization among ministries, sectors and localities is also an important factor to ensure that universities are fully supported to implement joint programs.
