Abstract

The ability to develop the relationship between school, family and society is one of the important professional competencies that need to be fostered for primary school teachers, especially non-public primary school teachers. Components of capacity building to develop relationships between family, school and society for non-public primary school teachers identified by research include: training objectives, training content, and methods fostering, forms of training organization and results of capacity building for developing relationships between schools, families and society for non-public primary school teachers in the current context. The quality of fostering activities is affected by the quality of implementation of the capacity building components to develop the relationship between schools, families and society that need to be fostered for non-public primary school teachers in the current context. now.
